*****2017 Summer Camps & Clinics Now Open*****
Triple Play Umpires will be holding three Clinics in Enid Oklahoma at David Allen Memorial Ballpark, Home of the NJCAA Division II National Championship. All of these Clinics will involve working 18u State Championship, Regional Qualifying and National Qualifying Championship Tournament Baseball. I believe that for all of us to have opportunities to advance, both within our organization and to National Post-Season, we have to get better. These Clinics will be geared to getting you ready to have that opportunity and how you perform at these Clinics will be considered when I am making future nominations and recommendations.
Over the past seasons, Tripleplayumpires has been responsible for Nominations for NCAA Division II, several who have attended these Clinics has worked the National Championship in Cary, North Carolina, and many others selected to work NCAA Division II Regional's. We have also sent several to the NAIA and NCCAA first rounds of their National Tournaments. Most all of the Umpires assigned, attended one of these Clinics the past two summers.
If you are interested in moving up to NCAA Division II Post-Season, both in Conference Tournaments and Regional's, NAIA National Post-Season, and NCCAA National Post-Season, you must attend. There may, be even more exciting opportunities coming in the near future as well, such as one of our Conferences adding teams to the Post-Season and multiple sites. This means adding additional Post-Season Opportunities. Do not let this pass you by. There are many of you who have a desire to move up to NCAA Division I as well and attending this opportunity before going to another clinic will give you the preparation that you will need to succeed there as well.
*****You must come in the night before your Clinic begins*****
The Clinic will begin the Evening before with Classroom starting at 7:30pm.
